Do you want to join an up-and-coming EMS agency as an EMT educator?  LifeCare Ambulance is a new entity in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  We intend on becoming a leader in EMS Education.  We are committed to establishing a state-of-the-art EMS school in the Merrimack Valley.

This Instructor Needs to Have:

• National Registry EMT certification with at least two years of patient care experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Licensed as an EMT in Massachusetts.
• Certified EMS Instructor/Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Committed to LifeCare Ambulance in creating a state-of-the-art EMS learning environment.
• Supervise all teaching assistants.
• Responsible for teaching monthly EMS continuing education, and annual CPR for our team.
• Works with leadership to participate when needed in all team orientation classes.
• Comply with all National and State required guidelines for instructing an EMT class.
• Assure that all classes are completed, and any make-up classes required due to inclement weather are completed.
• Ensure that all required documentation for the state is completed and documented.
• Submit required paperwork for state practical exams and attend the practical exam with the students.
