Technology Requirement: A personal tablet and laptop are required for all program cohorts. Please arrange access before your cohort start date.

Qualifications

All applicants must meet the following criteria. Massachusetts residency is required for all cohorts.

High school diploma or GED
At least 18 years of age
Valid Massachusetts driver's license, clean record for 2+ years
Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
Demonstrated ability to apply clinical care per policies and procedures
Sound decision-making under pressure
Pass background check (CORI), drug screen, and fit-test
Commitment to exemplary patient and customer service
Must meet program partner eligibility criteria

Prior driving experience in a commercial or medical transport setting is a plus, but not required.
